It is something intended as a guide for making something else.\nSuch as Creating design or create or execute an artistic work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meaning of Motifs <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a design or figure that\nconsists of recurring shapes or colours, as in architecture or decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A motif is also a piece of movement\nthat can vary in length and can be repeated during the whole performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Motifs in dance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dance motifs is used to display and\nidea or feeling. It is using various part of the body to develop movements and\nsequences for a dance repeatedly. The idea could be joy, sorrow, love,\nexcitement, friendship. To create a sequence in a motif three or four movement\nmust be joined together. It can be changed, reversed and extended in a dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Body movement in dance can be <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Forward<\/li><li>Backward<\/li><li>Sideways<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application of dance Motifs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nsoon as the body start to move, dance have started. Feeling and ideas are\nexpressed in dance movement.
